Qualifications:
- Education Required: Open
- Education Preferred: Bachelors degree in a related field.
- Experience Required: 3 years' experience in administrative or clerical setting.
- Experience Preferred: Any relevant experience in related field.
- Valid drivers license in good standing and vehicle with appropriate auto insurance required. Must be able to pass the motor vehicle record background check.

Position Details
The Executive Assistant supports the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Development Officer by performing an array of administrative duties with latitude for exercising discretion and judgment. Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations. Arrange for and schedule appointments, including interviewing callers and making proper referrals; prepare material and plan for meetings as required. Perform research-based tasks requested by the executives. Maintain organizational charts and other materials; keep the executive informed of changes. This position must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance. These responsibilities are carried out under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer. This position will need to have a flexible schedule that may include working some nights, weekends, and holidays.
