The Family-Based Clinician's role is to use strengths-based therapeutic interventions to improve functioning, communication, and safety for at-risk children and families. This program also provides families with mental health service coordination and crisis assistance. Our services are delivered in the home, school, and community.
The Family-Based Team is part of an intensive treatment team that includes additional service providers who are working with the child/family. Family-Based team members participate in a rotating on-call crisis schedule (additional compensation provided during on-call time).

Bachelors-level Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Human Services, Nursing, or related field
- At least one full year of experience in direct, clinical service with children & families
Clinicians who are pursuing hours for professional licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) can obtain their clinical hours working in the Family-Based Program. Family Resources provides a quarterly stipend to those paying for licensure supervision to assist with the cost of a supervisor.
