Job Summary
The Executive Director will be responsible for leading our organization in strategic planning, fundraising, and community outreach. This is a full-time exempt position with occasional evening and weekend hours. The salary range is commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead FSN in advancing its mission, vision, and values.
- Cultivate a shared leadership and inclusive organizational culture.
- Collaborate with the Board on strategic planning to maximize program services and equity.
- Serve as the organization's primary spokesperson, representing FSN to external stakeholders.
- Lead fundraising efforts through donor cultivation, fundraising events, and community outreach.
