About Our Organization
The Family Safety Network of Cass, Hubbard, and Clearwater Counties in Northeast Minnesota is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing services for victims of intimate partner violence and advocating for social change. We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization in advancing its mission, vision, and values.
Job Description
The successful candidate will have experience in nonprofit management, particularly in domestic violence advocacy, and possess a strong understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and change management. They will be responsible for leading the organization in strategic planning, cultivating a shared leadership and inclusive organizational culture, and maintaining a strong and transparent relationship with the Board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance our mission and vision.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community leaders.
- Supervise staff and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
