About VHBA The Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. We're delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities. VHBA also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines.
The Opportunity
The Deputy Director, Media and Content will be a highly focused and driven professional who is passionate about contributing to the delivery of public infrastructure in Victoria! This position is responsible for coordinating high quality strategic communications to support a dynamic multifunctional media and content team to aid the delivery of VHBA's projects.

Key Aspects Of The Role Include
- Supervise the creation of innovative and informative content including media releases, articles, speeches, publications, presentations, video scripts, web and social media content
- Provide guidance and lead media relations, corporate communications, digital media and video content, and issues and risk management strategies
- Drive the development and implementation of VHBA digital content and social media strategies for all of VHBA's projects
- Qualifications in Communications, Journalism or a related discipline
- Extensive experience in communications, media management, digital/video communications and stakeholder relations
- Someone with a creative flair and leadership qualities
