THE ROLE
Homes Victoria is responsible for the delivery of social and affordable housing. The program includes responsibility for the development of asset strategies as well as the planning, development and delivery of new build and redevelopment infrastructure projects.
An exciting opportunity exists for one Project Officer in the Housing Outcomes and Partnerships Branch who will be responsible for providing administrative, coordination, reporting and project management support to the Manager, Community Housing Placement. This position is seeking an experienced and energetic person willing to work in a dynamic environment
You will provide a range of project support and administration services to the team, preparation and tracking of delivery outcomes across project teams, as well as tasks as required. You will act as a pivotal point of contact with internal and external stakeholders and will have proven experience dealing with a range of key stakeholders. You will work with staff within the Division as well as with the Manager to ensure that actions are followed up and completed against mandated timelines.

Are You
- Highly organised with excellent administration, SharePoint and Excel skills?
- An experienced Project Coordinator?
- A people person with great interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills?
- A person who takes initiative, intuits and anticipates what's needed to get the job done?
- Able to build genuine, respectful and collaborative working relationships with a broad range of colleagues?
- Effectively manage and co-ordinate processes, workflow, as well prepare and track program delivery across teams, maintain corporate information systems for records management, financial information, and ministerial correspondence as required.
- Operate as an effective branch member in a team environment and deliver quality, timely and effective customer service to managers and staff within the branch.
- Identify improvements and contribute to the development of new systems and processes in collaboration with the relevant subject matter experts across the department, to identify the most appropriate solutions.
