THE ROLE
The Senior Strategic Campaigns Adviser is responsible for Homes Victoria's campaign strategy and delivery.
The role will lead the strategy and implementation of major campaigns, functional self-serve advertising at Homes Victoria, driving best practice in delivery and working diligently with external agencies on campaign creation, implementation and evaluation.
This role is part of a small team of digital media advisers that is responsible for developing effective, impactful and engaging content across all digital Homes Victoria communications channels as part of the Digital and Creative Services strategy.
You will work within the Digital and Creative Services team in the Communications and Engagement Branch to support and build the vision, values and reputation of the organisation and deliver content aligned to the objectives of Homes Victoria and appropriate to the various audiences we must connect with.

- An experienced communications professional with a demonstrated lead in major campaigns within a government context?
- A strategic thinker with the ability to think holistically about organisational strategy with a focus on place-based execution?
- A digital native who can work with professionals and external agencies to develop, analyse and evaluate engaging campaigns across multiple channels that help build resilience and readiness among the general public?
