Job Description Program Director:
The Program Director works closely with leadership to implement and manage programs, supervise direct service staff, and ensure compliance with program policies and procedures. Serving as the liaison to property management, the Program Director also oversees the effective use of the Salesforce platform by the program team, ensuring data integrity. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role provides key leadership for the residential program, aligning its operations and services with the mission of Family Scholar House.
- 45% Collaborate with the Chief Learning Officer to implement programs, ensuring staff understand expectations and are held accountable for outcomes. Oversee direct service staff, including Assistant Program Directors, coaches, and family advocates, ensuring compliance with Family Scholar House policies and procedures.
- 40% Assist in implementing processes, policies, and activities related to the residential component of program. Act as liaison to property management for daily operations, occupancy/vacancy management, and residential compliance. Maintain up-to-date records in the Canvas/s database.
- 10% Support the Chief Operating Officer with the use of the SalesForce platform, ensuring data integrity and compiling program statistics. Provide supplemental training on technology to enhance staff efficiency.
- 5% Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
