Medical Director

• Collaborate with the Vice President of Care Coordination, Director of Care Coordination, Director and, Clinical Directors of LTSS Community Partners program, and / or Registered Nurses and Clinical Care Coordinators regarding the delivery and assessment of the service provision for the program.
• Responsible for maintaining and, when necessary, establishing medical policies and procedures, and for providing guidance and / or consultation to staff in the LTSS Community Partners program, including Registered Nurses.
• Assist with strengthening FSA’s relationship with Managed Care and Accountable Care Organizations, including hospitals and physicians.
• Participate in Multidisciplinary Team meetings and / or other consultations as warranted.
• Participate in LTSS Community Partners utilization review and / or quality assurance activity, including the Quality Management Committee, and review of Critical Incidents on a quarterly basis.
• Participate in the education and training of clinical staff as needed.
