The Team Leader supports a group of assigned Before/After school sites (including summer sites) and the corresponding Site Coordinators and staff. The Team Leader position is a year-round, 52-week position.

What we Ask:
- Interview, orient, train, onboard, supervise, and evaluate the performance of assigned staff and volunteers.
- Supervise assigned Site Coordinators, Site Assistants, and Teacher Assistants assigned to their primary site.
- Provide a coaching schedule to Site Coordinators including one-on-one time to discuss issues and provide support.
- Act as a general point of contact for Site Coordinators, Site Assistants, Principals, and parents.
- Assist Site Coordinators in developing curriculum, and implementing schedules, activities, and operations.
- Assist with parent meetings and child behavior plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and Council on Accreditation guidelines.
- Assist with continuous quality improvement processes and strategies.
- Provide coverage at sites as necessary to meet ratio requirements
- Provide direct interaction with youth, in small and large groups.
- Ensure that all program areas (indoor and outdoor) are clean and organized.
- Help provide and nurture a family-centered program.
- Maintain the safety and security of clients at all times.
- Build and support relationships with school personnel and partners.
- Complete performance evaluations and help staff set and achieve appropriate goals for their job performance.
- Lead team meetings and training.
- Review and approve timecards as needed.
