We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Social Worker to join our team at the Mental Health Clinic in Central Islip. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in Social Work, be licensed as an LMSW, LCSW, or hold a Limited Permit, and have at least one year of experience working in a behavioral health setting, preferably in a clinic environment.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing evaluations, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention services to children, families, and adults with a range of DSM diagnoses. They must be proficient in using Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
