Key Responsibilities
- Prescribe and revise medical regimens according to collaborative practice agreements and protocols
- Provide medical assessments and vitals for consumers in the community
- Conduct health assessments of adults with potential, acute, and/or chronic health problems
- Initiate referrals to specialty services and foster continuity of care
