Job Responsibilities
The selected Counselor will be responsible for providing high-quality individual and group therapy sessions to clients with diverse needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure effective treatment outcomes. Additionally, the incumbent will be expected to complete all clinical documentation in accordance with NYS Office of Mental Health guidelines, utilize electronic medical records efficiently, and maintain proficiency in de-escalation and physical restraint techniques.
