Family Service League Inc. is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for its Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program.
The ACT program provides comprehensive services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness, including medication management, health assessments, and counseling.
As a LPN with Family Service League Inc., you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to consumers.
- Support the Registered Nurse in developing individualized nursing screenings and interventions.
- Assist with determining medical care needs and other services to support wellness and consumer health.
- Facilitate education on prevention, health, wellness, diet, smoking cessation, and recovery.
- Communicate with pharmacy and housing providers.
