Requirements and Qualifications
A Master's degree in social work or a related field is mandatory, accompanied by relevant licensure and certification. Minimum one-year experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably in a clinic environment, is required. Proficiency in electronic health records, Microsoft Office, and crisis management techniques is also necessary. Bilingual proficiency is highly valued.
