SUMMARY
Family Service League is seeking a full-time Supervisor for our Home Safe Program in Bay Shore. The Supervisor is responsible for direct service to the target populations for the identified program, completing program documentation as necessary and tracking program milestones and outcomes. The Supervisor will work in accordance with OMH, DSS and FSL parameters. The Supervisor will document all client interactions, act as part of an interdisciplinary team as necessary, meet youths / familys individual needs and be well informed about community resources. The Supervisor will participate in agency wide System of Care and other collaborative projects both within FSL and in partnership with entities outside of the agency. Additionally, the Supervisor will collaborate with the Program Director to assist with additional needs of the program. Travel is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience working with families in a related capacity, or a bachelors degree with 3 years of experience required.
The ability to work with diverse populations as well as engage both youth and parents in service delivery is required.
Knowledge of community resources required.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office required.
Strong organizational, time management and leadership skills required.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills required.
Must possess the ability to demonstrate sound judgement, be reliable and flexible, attention to detail, and able multitask.
Valid and clean NYS Drivers License required. Owns car that is properly insured, registered and maintained to drive from worksite to worksite.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires sitting for long periods of time at a computer and travelling to conduct home visits.
