Position Summary: Manages the day-to-day operations of one or more Go TeamsTM which provide immediate, on-scene crisis intervention/stabilization, emotional support, triage, safety planning and referrals in collaboration with police officers for children exposed to trauma and their families, as well as aftercare for families. Assists with launching new Go TeamsTM and training on trauma-informed care for officers and command staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ degree in social work, counseling, mental health or related field preferred. However, FSRI will consider any combination of education, credentials, and experience.
- Minimum of five years working with law enforcement required.
- Excellent crisis management and intervention skills required.
- Must have excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish (written and verbal) preferred. FSRI offers additional compensation for employees with multi-language capacity.
- Individuals with lived experience strongly encouraged to apply.
- Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
- Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay.
Physical Requirements: This position requires agency and community visits. Employees in this position must have the ability to:
- Co-locate at assigned police departments
- Travel to and from community locations and agency sites, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators.
- Possess a valid drivers’ license and have reliable transportation and proof of current automobile insurance.

Salary : $57,500 - $71,494
