Family Service Rochester is seeking a full-time case manager within our FATHER Project program to deliver services targeted toward fathers in overcoming the barriers that prevent them from supporting their children economically and emotionally. The primary goal of the FATHER Project program is to enhance parent self-sufficiency, reduce risk factors for children and families, and seek to enhance child and family safety, well-being and stability.

As a FATHER Project case manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Partner with fathers who are experiencing complex challenges (disproportionality, generational poverty, historical trauma, homelessness, domestic violence, substance use, mental health challenges, economic and employment instability, system involvement etc.) in achieving individualized goals.
- Complete thorough assessment of needs and develop fatherhood plans in collaboration with the participant.
- Provide comprehensive support through home visits, community resource navigation, collaboration with community service providers, and career development services designed to optimize employment outcomes.
- Co-facilitates weekly peer support and education groups for participants
