Family Services has immediate openings for full-time and part-time Direct Service Staff at our Family Shelter where you will encourage and empower clients in achieving employment and housing.
The successful candidate will be compassionate, patient, respectful and have a basic understanding of trauma informed support. In this position, you will promote a growth oriented environment and maintain confidentiality and strong boundaries while striving to meet the social, economic, emotional and physical needs of clients receiving services.
This position starts at $15.00 per hour. You must be 21 or over, have a valid PA driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, and must pass drug screen and all other background checks. Full-time positions are eligible for Health; Vision; Dental insurances as well as Vacation and Sick leave plus 10 paid Holidays. 401(k) with match; Life/LTD.
