Now Hiring: Clinical Supervisor for Crisis Services
We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our Crisis Services leadership team. This is an incredible opportunity to make a real difference by overseeing the clinical quality of mental health services provided through our Crisis programs. As a Clinical Supervisor, you'll also lead the training and development of unlicensed Phone and Crisis Counselors, ensuring they are well-prepared to support individuals in need.
With the expansion of the 988 Lifeline, we are offering a full-time Clinical Supervisor position that can be in-person, remote, or a hybrid arrangement. Enjoy the benefits of a flexible schedule and the support of a collaborative team—all while helping people in crisis!
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field. Must be fully licensed as an LPC or LCSW in the state of Wisconsin.
- Experience: At least three years of direct service experience with clients, and previous clinical supervisory experience is a plus.
- Location: Remote candidates must reside in Wisconsin and work within the state during shifts.
- Other Requirements: Ability to provide on-call consultation and flexibility to meet the needs of the role. Remote supervisors must have a private, confidential workspace and the ability to manage sensitive information appropriately.
