Job Details: Family Services of Westchester is looking for full-time Bilingual School-Based Clinician for our Webutuck School District's Family Mental Health Program.
Position: Bilingual School- Based Clinician
Salary: $60,000 - $68,000.
Status: Full Time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling based on clinical diagnosis and assessment of the clients' presenting problems within the school based satellite clinic.
- Accurately document all clinical interventions, diagnoses, symptoms, and presenting problems in the Electronic Medical Record
- Provide high-quality evidence-based treatment using a variety of modalities including trauma systems therapy and substance use disorder interventions.
- Participate in weekly supervision, multi-disciplinary team meetings, service training programs.
- Provide crisis counseling, linkages to concrete and wraparound service, and coordinate with other providers to better serve the needs of students and families.
- Bilingual Spanish/English
EDUCATION:
- Master's Degree from an accredited graduate school in Social Work, Mental Health
- Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy (MSW, MHC, or MFT)
- LMSW, LMHC, or LMFT preferred with current New York State registration and license as a Licensed
- Master of Social Work (LMSW) or corresponding degree.
