Family Solution’s of America rights network is looking for a Managing Legal Practitioner to oversee our human rights and civil rights team. That will represent individual experiencing civil and human rights, violations that bar them from being fully independent or that infringes upon their rights. We are a rights organization that protects the LGBTQIA Disabled and Individuals with Mental illnesses. Along with other vulnerable communities such as the homeless, The BDSM, DDLG, DDLB, MDLG, MDLB, communities.

Our mission is to ensure that everyone has the right to hope and receive assistance. The firm offers civil and human rights legal services to empower and advocate for those in need.
In Washington state, non-lawyers can work as limited license legal technicians (LLLTs) to provide limited legal services in family law:
* Advising clients: LLLTs consult with clients and advise them on family law matters.
* Completing and filing court documents: LLLTs complete and file necessary court documents.
* Assisting clients in court: LLLTs assist clients at certain types of hearings and settlement conferences.
* Helping with court scheduling: LLLTs help clients with court scheduling.
* Supporting clients in the legal system: LLLTs support clients in navigating the legal system.
LLLTs are licensed by the Washington Supreme Court and are held to the same standards of care and ethical standards as Washington lawyers. They must also adhere to the attorney-client privilege and the lawyer's fiduciary responsibility to the client.

Non-lawyers can invest in and manage law firms through ABSs. ABSs must have at least one Arizona-licensed attorney to act as the compliance lawyer. ABSs can provide both legal and non-legal services.
