Job Description:
We are looking for individuals licensed to provide clinical mental health services. This candidate must have strong engagement skills and working knowledge of generally accepted therapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities and Duties:
This position is responsible for community-based services utilizing evidence-based best practice models and implementing interventions in professional growth and development. This candidate will provide intensive, person-centered, strength-based services. Our therapist carries a small caseload to better serve our clients who need intensive care and multiple needs.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements
LSW, LISW, PLPC, or LPCC-S license and clinical training or experience required
A master’s degree is preferred
A candidate who is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with a bachelor’s degree with verifiable clinical experience will be considered.

Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external caregivers and entities important to integrated and holistic client care!
Willing to work in a community-based setting.
Enjoy flexible hours, good planning and workload management, and value efficiency.
Understand the importance of timely, consistent, and appropriate interventions.
Bilingual Candidates: Able to read, write, and speak Spanish and English proficiently.
