What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Supervisor position at Family Solutions?
Are you looking to make a difference in your community? Becoming our Clinical Supervisor might be a great fit for you! The Clinical Supervisor monitors and maintains clinical oversight of all programs, which includes ISRS and SPRF community based programs, day treatment programs, school based services, and outpatient services to ensure a high level of clinical quality and adherence to OAR, and Medicaid.
Required Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to evaluate and implement Evidence-Based Practices to fidelity; familiarity with clinical outcomes measures and ability to apply data derived from measurements to improve program efficacy; a minimum of 2 years experience providing clinical supervision to masters level therapists; demonstrated ability to develop, implement, assess, and monitor clinical operations within mental health programs; experience in developing and facilitating in-service trainings and workshops. Masters degree.
Additional qualifications include: Strong oral and written communication skills; proficiency in the use of all relevant computer programs; ability to create and sustain positive relationships with person served, staff, and community partners; ability to work independently on projects and also work as part of a team; demonstrated ability to represent the agency in the community in a professional and positive manner.
This is a salaried, exempt, full-time, benefited position. Salary will depend on experience.
The successful applicant moving forward in the screening process must complete/clear a background check, Medicaid fraud check, and have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience.
