Job Title: Records Assistant
Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Records Assistant to join our team at FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES OF NORTH FLO. As a Records Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing assigned file sections according to Federal, State and agency regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Support various quality assurance functions, such as document date sequence and document placement.
- File all incoming filing according to standardized file sections per assignment.
- Prepare Notice of hearing spread sheet and notify agencies by e-mail.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years of office work experience preferred.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word.
