Job Summary
Serve as a Housing Advocate to provide diversion / prevention assistance and rapid rehousing assistance (relocation and stabilization services) for child welfare involved families who are precariously housed, at-risk of homelessness or are unsheltered, including : rental application fees, security deposits, first / last month's rent, housing search and placement, advocacy / mediation with landlords, legal services (eviction) and credit repair, short-term and / or median-term rental assistance. The Housing Advocate will assist in Parent Needs Assistance (PNAs) as needed. The Housing Advocate will keep track of and document all data related to families served. This is a grant funded position.
