Job Description
Family Ties is a thriving private practice with offices in Shallotte and Wilmington. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Certified Nurse Practioner (Psychiatric preferred) or Physician Assistant License.
- Valid DEA number registered in the North Carolina.
- Registration with state Prescription Monitoring Program.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide Medication Management for patients who attend (at minimum) monthly counseling at our facility.
- Work closely with the counselors to develop and understand the treatment plan and goals.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide the necessary documentation for quality care as well as for providing medical necessity documentation and support for the level of medical decision making.
SCHEDULE

BENEFITS
- Case load provided for you by our facility.
- Office staff and assistants will handle the scheduling of patients, prior authorization of medications, insurance verification, collection of urinalysis, requesting medical records and labs, uploading relevant information to patient charts such as genesight, urinalysis and bloodwork results.
COMPENSATION:
- We offer two separate compensation packages.
- We understand some would prefer the security of the employee-employer relationship. For those who would prefer this we offer $80.00/hour.
- For those wishing to work as an associate, we offer 60% of all income received from services provided.
- Signing bonus of $3000
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
