To support our continued growth and innovation, we are seeking a Head of AI and Data Science to lead AI-driven initiatives, optimize data strategies, and drive digital transformation across all three businesses.

This is a full-time remote role for a Head of AI and Data Science. The role involves overseeing the implementation of AI and data science solutions, managing data analytics projects, and optimizing business processes through innovative technology. The Head of AI and Data Science will lead a team of data scientists and AI specialists to drive efficiency, predictive insights, and automation.

✅ Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance healthcare services, glass manufacturing processes, and digital marketing strategies.

✅ Optimize patient care, predictive diagnostics, and workflow automation within the healthcare division using AI and machine learning.

✅ Utilize AI to improve manufacturing processes, quality control, and predictive maintenance in the glass processing industry.

✅ Enhance digital marketing efforts by leveraging AI-driven analytics, customer segmentation, and automated marketing campaigns.

✅ Manage and mentor a team of data scientists, engineers, and AI specialists across different business sectors.

✅ Design and oversee data pipelines, analytics frameworks, and AI models for process automation and optimization.

✅ Collaborate with IT, marketing, and business leaders to align AI initiatives with company goals.

✅ Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and other regulatory standards while handling sensitive healthcare and business data.

🔹 Master’s degree in AI, Computer Science (with AI majors), Data Science, or a related field.

🔹 Proficiency in AI, machine learning, and data science methodologies.

🔹 Strong experience in data analytics, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.

🔹 Hands-on experience in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI/ML frameworks.

🔹 Expertise in healthcare informatics, Electronic Health Records (EHR), and medical AI solutions.

🔹 Understanding of AI applications in manufacturing, process automation, and quality control.

🔹 Familiarity with AI-driven marketing strategies, data analytics for consumer behavior, and marketing automation tools.

🔹 Excellent leadership, project management, and strategic thinking skills.

🔹 Certifications in AI, data science, or cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Google AI, Azure AI) would be a plus.
