​JOB RESPONSIBILITY HIGHLIGHTS:

• Provide a safe, nurturing, mixed-age play-based environment for kids aged newborn and up
• Address conflict and behavioral issues in ways that build rapport, resepect and age-appropriate social-emotional, communication skills
• Contact parents to provide diaper changes, bathroom breaks, snack times or snuggles, when needed
• Maintain current CPR & First Aid certifications
• Support in the prepping and distribution of snacks
• Sanitize toys, furniture and uphold health and safety protocols
• Respect various parenting styles and approaches
• Punctual
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for BIPOC, LGBTQIA and differently-abled community members

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
