• Fast-paced optometric office is hiring a vision care reception lead ; the ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be detail oriented, efficient at multi-tasking, and have the ability to meet with patients in a professional and friendly manner. Primary duties include speaking with patients on the phone, scheduling patient exams and appointments, greeting patients and other business associates, and providing a variety of front desk administrative duties. These include entering patient demographics, pulling vision insurance authorizations from the internet and scanning documents into patient records. Would like to hire someone with experience in eye care. Must have good computer skills; experience with Eyefinity Office Mate a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
