You’ll be joining Family Wealth Planning Partners (FWPP) — a fast-growing advisory firm that’s rewriting how advisors scale their practice. FWPP specializes in holistic planning, leveraging both AUM and fixed indexed annuities.
The firm provides high-quality leads through modern marketing and events, taking the burden of prospecting off your shoulders.
Here’s what you’ll actually do:
Meet with warm leads (yes, really) from social media, email campaigns, and events
Run live seminars (1–2 per month) — with help at first, then solo
Convert qualified prospects into lifelong clients
Deliver full financial plans and help clients move assets under your management
Strengthen relationships, nurture referrals, and grow your book with full support
Be part of acquisition strategies as the firm buys out retiring advisors
You’re the right fit if:
You hold a Life Insurance License and Series 65 (or equivalent)
You’ve done financial planning for 3–5 years
You’re experienced with AUM, annuities, and retirement planning
You know how to close and you follow up like a pro
