Marketing Event Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION
Family Wealth Strategies is seeking a part-time energetic, detail-oriented Marketing Event Coordinator to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing of existing and future events. This position will report to the Marketing Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Coordinate event activities including event setup, check-in and tear down
· Engage consumers in promotional events and services
· Prepare and maintain marketing materials for events
· Process and track event results
· Confirm reservations with leads via phone prior to event
· Research and identify new opportunities for brand awareness within the community
Skills & Qualifications
· 1-3 years of event/marketing experience
· Strong ability to interact with a mature client base
· Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
· Experience with CRM
· Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
SCHEDULE
· 8-12 hours per week in office
· 2 nights per month at venue
· Other events as needed
COMPENSATION
· $25,000 per year
