Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests at our aquatic facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong swimming skills, a commitment to maintaining a safe environment, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest services while monitoring pool activities and performing essential maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities
- Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, administering CPR and first aid as necessary.
- Conduct regular safety checks of the pool area, including water quality assessments.
- Perform routine pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning and chemical balancing.
- Assist with guest services by providing information and addressing inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
- Participate in training sessions to stay current with lifesaving techniques and procedures.

Qualifications
- Current Lifeguard certification, CPR, and First Aid certification required.
- Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues if needed.
- Experience in pool maintenance or cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment or materials as needed for maintenance tasks.
- Must be attentive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a lifeguarding role is an advantage but not required.
