About the Job :
As a Lead Teacher, you will be the leader of the classroom, full of bright, energetic, and sometimes sticky-fingered little learners. You will create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment where children can learn, play and grow.
What You'll Do :
- Plan fun and creative activities that make learning fun and engaging.
- Foster a love for books, numbers, and hands-on learning.
- Maintain lesson plans and keep parents and directors in the loop on child's progress.
- Be a mentor to assistant teachers and a role model for our little learners.
- Handle big emotions with patience and kindness.

Status : Full Time, Non-Exempt
Location : Child Development Academy, 1425 Walton Way, Augusta, GA
Salary : $12 - $15 per hour (based on experience and certifications / education)
