Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team at Camp Silver Creek. The successful candidate will assist with food preparation, maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, and communicate effectively with the kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with meal preparation for up to 225 people three times daily
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen to meet health codes and standards
- Prepare meals as instructed by the Kitchen Director and Assistant Kitchen Director
Requirements:
- Prior experience in food service
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Current Oregon Food Handler's Certification or ability to obtain certification
