About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Food Service Operations Specialist to join our team at Camp Silver Creek. As a member of our culinary team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our campers receive delicious and nutritious meals throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with meal preparation for up to 225 people three times daily
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen to meet health codes and standards
- Prepare meals as instructed by the Kitchen Director and Assistant Kitchen Director
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
- Prior experience in food service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Current Oregon Food Handler's Certification or ability to obtain certification
