Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to regularly talk and hear

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (MBA, MHA, MPH, etc.) (additional years of medical practice experience can substitute for education requirement)
- Minimum of five years of health care experience, including three years of practice management experience
- Strong analytic skills, problem-solving and critical thinking
- Outstanding written, verbal communication, and computer skills
Certificate/ License:
- Hold a valid driver's license
Basic Functions:
The director is responsible for developing collaborative relationships with assigned health centers to serve as a liaison between executive leadership and regional leadership. The director will assume responsibility for analysis, monitoring, and improvement of performance in assigned health centers as measured by organizational performance indicators, such as strategic plan components.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directs and oversees assigned health centers
- Direct reports include Clinical manager and Practice manager
- Conducts performance evaluations of direct reports
- Manages discipline of staff in accordance with company policy
- Manages schedules and time sheets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations of assigned health centers with the regional team.
- Design and implement a business plan, in conjunction with executive leadership, for assigned health centers.
- Works with operations team on facilities and supply needs to ensure the smooth operation of assigned health centers.
- Regularly monitors, analyzes and reports on relevant data and metrics for performance improvement.
- Supports a multidisciplinary, solution-driven and accountable approach to providing optimal patient outcomes.
- Serves as a change agent to develop, shape and lead various implementations and expansion strategies and efforts within the assigned health centers (Quality & customer satisfaction).
- Ensure the region's compliance with local, state and federal regulatory requirements.
- Assists in the development of policies and procedures for the health center operations division.
- Communicates effectively and professionally relevant practice and/or information with executive leadership.
- Anticipates changing needs of areas of responsibility and takes appropriate steps to meet these needs.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to identify opportunities for assigned health centers.
- Establish a collaborative working relationship with community members and enhance the role and awareness of the health center in the communities we serve.
