This position cleans designated commercial and administrative Familylinks facilities as assigned.

Assignments
General Assignments
- Ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of agency facilities as indicated by the Director of Facilities and Senior Operations Manager. This includes but is not limited to cleaning and buffing floors, baths, kitchens, and stoves.
- Perform basic electrical, basic plumbing, painting, plaster/drywall, light carpentry, light masonry work, landscaping to include snow removal, possible appliance repairs and flooring.
- Cleaning of high and low dusting areas.
- Daily cleaning tasks.
- Inspection and insurance of sanitation and safety standards.
- Removal of trash.
- Deep cleaning as needed.
- Ensure that janitorial supplies and equipment are stocked and always secured.
- Responsible for the proper use of cleaning products and machinery, with adherence to all applicable safety standards including proper use and update of SDS sheets.
- Responsible for completing work tasks as assigned by the Director of Facilities and Senior Operations Manager.
- Responsible to adhere to requested schedule and maintain appropriate schedule flexibilities.
- Record time and attendance via Human Resources Information Systems and Timekeeping system as applicable.
- Attend meetings/training as requested/required.
- Adhere to laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures, including those related to maintaining client confidentiality such as HIPAA.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or other equivalent education/experience.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Professional, reliable, and strong project initiative.
- Technical knowledge of facility maintenance preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to be a member of a team

Working Conditions
- This position works primarily in our Phoenix location in Mercer, PA.
- The position may be tasked with cleaning additional facilities as needed.
- Ability to lift 100 lbs. maximum (with mechanical or human assistance) with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Position involves pushing, pulling and reaching and long periods (6 ? 8 hours) of walking and standing.
- Janitorial tasks may expose individuals to food waste, or bodily waste such as vomit, feces, and/or blood.
