Direct Support Professional Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain mentoring environment appropriate to at risk population, emphasizing the health and safety of residents, staff, and community, while complying with facility and property maintenance standards as defined by the agency and by external regulatory and contractual parties.
Direct Support Professional Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- Schedule may require working evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime, as required and/or directed.
- Excellent computer skills and strong communication skills.
- Support the organization's mission along with sensitivity of cultural and workplace.
- Ability to handle confidential information and HIPAA guidelines
General Assignments
- Record time and attendance via HRIS and Timekeeping system
- Attend meetings/training as requested/required
- Model the organization's mission and values?
- Other duties as assigned
