Care Manager to Provide Parent Aide, Behavioral Aid, & Supervision
GREAT OPPORTUNITY:
FamilyMenders, a DFCS contracted provider, is looking a Care Manger to join the FamilyMenders’ Team to provide in-home parenting aide, behavior aide, and community supervised visitation services to adult and child clients located across Northwest Georgia. Care Manager must either have a bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field with atleast 3 years of professional experience working with children and families- or- a master’s degree in human services or a related field with 1 year professional experience working with children and families.
Job Type: Contract
Case Load Opportunity:
Partial Case Load or Full Case Load Available
Bilingual (Spanish/ English) service providers needed
Work Location:
Northwest GA counties
Schedule:
Scheduling is flexible and based on the staff and client availability
Compensation for the different types of services the Care Manager will provide is stated below:
Parent education/behavior aide services: $20/hour mileage
Early intervention (short term, targeted parent education): $25/hour mileage
Supervised visitation: $20/hour mileage
Job Type: Contract- Yearly Contract
Salary : $20 - $25
