In-Home Care Manager to provide Parent Aide, Behavior Aide, Supervision, & Transportation Services
GREAT OPPORTUNITY:
FamilyMenders, a DFCS contracted provider, is looking a Care Manager to join the FamilyMenders’ Team to provide in-home parenting, behavior aide and community supervised visitation and transportation to adult and child clients located across Northwest Georgia.
Job Type: Contract
Education:
-Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field with less than 3 years professional experience working with children and families (REQUIRED)
OR
-High school diploma/GED plus 5 years professional experience working with children and families (REQUIRED)
Bilingual (Spanish/ English) service providers needed
Case Load Opportunity:
-Partial Case Load or Full Case Load Available
Work Location:
-Northwest GA counties
Schedule:
-Scheduling is flexible and based on the staff and client availability
Compensation:
-Parent education/behavior aide services: $17/hour mileage
-Supervised visitation services: $17/hour mileage
-Transportation services: $15/hour mileage
Job Type: Contract- Yearly Contract
Salary : $15 - $17
