Referral Specialist
FamilyMenders, a behavioral health service provider, is looking for a dynamic, energetic, organized and caring new team member! We are seeking an individual with excellent clerical skills to join our team as a full-time referral specialist and services coordinator.

JOB REPSONSIBILITIES :
We are a growing organization! A new team member needs to be adaptable to change while job responsibilities start out one way, everyone in our administrative team who has demonstrated increased abilities and commitment has grown within our organization. Our specific needs right now are :
- coordinate services
- assign referrals
- answer phones
- additional duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS :
A customer service background is a must! Knowledge and skill in working in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary to succeed. Must be a detailed oriented, multitasker and problem solver. A can-do attitude and a passion for social services and working to help families build their best lives.
COMPENSATION :
Location : Ringgold, GA
35,000 starting salary; In office hours Mon-Fri : 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm
