What You’ll Be Serving Up:
Leadership & Team Building
- Lead and inspire our rockstar catering team
- Recruit, train, and keep the squad sharp
- Keep the energy high and the standards higher
Operations Like a Boss
- Manage daily catering ops like a well-oiled smoker
- Obsess over the details—because nobody forgets a late brisket
- Keep things running smoother than our Famous mac & cheese
Sales That Sizzle
- Get out into the community and spread the (BBQ) gospel with door-to-door business-to-business sales activity
- Attend events, expos, fundraisers, and local tastefests
- Drive sales with direct outreach and weekly sales activities
- Report wins and opportunities to our Catering Support Center
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
- Self-motivated & driven (you're the type who always gets the last thing done on a checklist)
- A natural leader who brings the sauce and the structure
- Hyper-organized—you’ve got your ducks in rows, columns, and maybe a pivot table.
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and detail-obsessed
- Professional yet personable (you can handle a spreadsheet and a Rib Rub)
- A master multitasker with ninja-level time management skills

The Fine Print:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must have a clean driving record and pass a background check
- Previous sales experience = a big plus
