What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook - FD position at Famous Dave's?
Completes all assigned prep work and sets up cook’s station. Maintains product presentations, product quality, and cook and prep time standards. Prepares all menu items according to Famous Dave’s Recipes, Plate Presentations and specifications. Adhere to company standards in regards to general restaurant cleanliness, sanitation and safety procedures. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age to be considered for position.

Responsibilites include:
- Greet and seat the guests in a timely and controlled manner.
- Provide assistance to servers when needed.
- Manage the Wait List, quoting accurate times
- Complete assigned cleaning and other duties
- Maintain tables per floor plan
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Maintain a working knowledge of menu.
- Check and assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of restrooms every 30 mins.
