What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server - FD position at Famous Dave's?
To serve and suggestively sell drinks, appetizers, entrees and desserts in an outgoing, friendly and timely manner so as to “WOW” our guests. Adhere to company standards in regards to general restaurant cleanliness and safety procedures.
Must be a minimum of 19 years of age to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities include:
- Interacting with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- Carrying food and drinks to all areas of the restaurant through the entire shift.
- Bussing tables and providing assistance or refills of beverages to our guests as needed.
- Checking and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the restrooms every 30 mins.
- Understanding and using the point of sale system to clock in/out and process/input orders.
- Restocking service items as needed
- Emptying trash cans when needed
- Completing assigned cleaning as assigned.
