Our Bethel Park location is searching for a Warehouse / Counter Sales Associate. Our Associates provide superior service to customers at the Famous Supply branch while maintaining a neat and organized warehouse.
This associate will assist our Washington and Pittsburgh locations as needed. We specialize in plumbing and HVAC. Knowledge in these fields is preferred to keep our customer service efficient.
Warehouse / Counter Sales Associates at Famous Supply are responsible for any of the following tasks :
- Unloading trucks
- Receiving material
- Put-away of material
- Picking customer orders
- Staging customer orders for delivery
- Loading customer delivery trucks
- Provide the products and solutions to meet customer needs
- Process and schedule customer orders
- Manage Open Orders and customer Bids
Note : Famous Supply associates will handle large products such as water heaters, furnaces, and showers. Required Experience and Skills
- Customer service mindset
- Ability to use computer
- Ability to stand on feet for majority of an 8-hour day
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Forklift experience
- RF Scanner Experience
- Warehouse Experience
- HVAC and / or Plumbing knowledge
