Description
- Provide friendly excellent customer service to our customers in person and over the phone
- Take loan application and processes for approval/denial
- Receive and post payments
- Maintain and balance cash drawer daily
- Maintain daily delinquency reports
- Service past due accounts with dignity and respect to our customers and build solutions
- Make daily bank deposits
- Call approved and unmade application to close loan
- Maintain compliance with policies and procedures
- Network within the community to find and attract new customers
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional work environment
- Work closely with other team members and managers to obtain branch goals
- Oversees the job duties of branch staff members
- Other duties as assigned by divisional leadership
