Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of property management practices, including legal compliance and tenant relations. This role is crucial for maintaining the quality of our properties while ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Utilize OneSite software for efficient property management tasks, including data entry and file management.
- Coordinate property maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Prepare and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) regulations and Section 8 housing requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess condition and identify maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records related to property operations, tenant files, and financial transactions.
- Handle legal administrative tasks as needed, including lease agreements and eviction processes.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving tenant retention and satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is required.
- Familiarity with OneSite software is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance procedures and facilities management practices.
- Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management is highly desirable.
- Understanding of LIHTC regulations and Section 8 programs is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with tenants, vendors, and team members.

Pay: $51,282.00 - $52,317.00 per year
