We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets. Your exceptional customer service skills and knowledge of veterinary practices will ensure a positive experience for both clients and their furry friends.

Schedule
- Flexible
- Full-time
- 40 hours per week maximum, Monday – Saturday (alternating Saturdays). We close at 1:00pm on Saturday, so it’s only a morning shift.
Compensation
- Salary: $16 an hour

Duties:
- Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely manner
- Collect and update client information, including medical history and insurance details
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Process payments for services rendered
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal care facility is required
- Proficiency in veterinary terminology is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
