As a Topps Collector Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our collectors receive their orders accurately and promptly. Your responsibilities will include selecting items from shelves, preparing them for delivery, and enhancing the overall collector experience through excellent communication and customer service.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders
- Report any damages, defects, or missing items to the Supervisor to maintain inventory accuracy
- Evaluate secondary market value to process replacements
- Restock supplies to ensure timely order completion
- Open and sort inbound consumer mail
- Enter data into the appropriate systems
- Process outbound packages to customers
- Communicate with collectors via email to address inquiries and provide updates
- Enhance the collector experience by delivering exceptional customer service and support
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift heavy objects
- Positive, consumer-focused attitude with a passion for serving others
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
